www.thingiverse.com/thing:163609Because the Multiwii is just an open circuit board, it would be better to 3d print a case for it. I am hoping that this will fix are usb issue with the circuit board. I have not used the 3d printer yet but I am hoping that somebody on the STEM club staff will take care of this.

I say go for it if it can be done without spending ANY money. We have already exhausted more than we were allotted. I've looked at quite a few pictures of basically the same case and, from the looks of it, I don't think it will solve the problem of a potentially weakly soldered micro usb port. The cases would protect the port from any objects coming at it from the top/sides, but would not do anything for unplugging/plugging in of the micro usb cord. I think our best bet is to be really careful and possibly use a small flat head screwdriver to separate the cord from the plug. If it does end up breaking we can just solder pins into the serial port connection and connect that way.
