On Saturday, I cut half of the plywood. Cutting the plywood out in the cold is not fun. I took a pic of the first cut I made, it was not good.
I decided that doing this stuff by freehand is not fun. Luckily, I had a 6 foot piece of Plexiglas that I could use as a guide.
Notice the cut that I made, it is nice and smooth.
For half of the plywood, I ended up with 5 12 inch by 24 inch sheets to be used in the laser cutter.
On Sunday, I made this awesome scroll saw. It still needs some work but it only cost me 10 bucks to make.
As you can see, it is powered by a jigsaw. I can post how I made the saw if anybody is interested.
